PARKS & RECREATION EMPLOYMENT –

** City Service 1, Day Shift Position (Mon. – Fri. 7:00 am – 3:00pm).

Probationary pay starts at $18.50 after probation pay $19.50. Definition: Under supervision, performs a variety of duties including ground maintenance and construction work in the city parks, city buildings, and city properties. Duties and responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, installing, and repairing park structures and equipment, and performing a variety of tasks in the operation and maintenance of the department. This position requires the ability to work in all forms of inclement weather and outside of the regularly scheduled workday. Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license, high school diploma or GED Equivalent, and adequate physical condition to perform manual labor and complete required tasks in a timely manner.

CITY OF CAMBRIDGE – STREET DEPARTMENT – The City of Cambridge Street Department is looking to hire reliable, seasonal workers. This position will be responsible for performing semi-skilled manual work.  Seasonal workers are utilized in various departments. Duties require considerable physical activity and heavy lifting.
