The Criminal Division of the Cambridge Law Director’s Office is charged with the responsibility of prosecuting all misdemeanor cases that occur within the City of Cambridge and the unincorporated areas of Guernsey County and further advising all city and county law enforcement agencies during the course of their investigation.

The Law Director’s Office prosecutes cases for the following agencies:

  • Cambridge Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Officer
  • Cambridge Income Tax Department
