ORD. NO. 21-2025

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATION TO ADVERTISE FOR AND AWARD A DESIGN CONTRACT FOR THE DESIGN OF THE BIG LOTS LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.

Authorizing the Administration to advertise for and award a design contract for the design of the Big Lots Lift Station Improvements Project.

ORD. NO. 22-2025

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATION TO ADVERTISE FOR AND AWARD A DESIGN CONTRACT FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPORVEMENTS PROJECT. 

Authorizing the Administration to advertise for and award a design contract for the design of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project.

ORD. NO. 23-2025

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATION TO SUBMIT RURAL AND TRIBAL ASSISTANCE PILOT PROGRAM GRANT APPLICATION AND EXECUTE GRANT AGREEMENT.  

Authorizing the Administration to submit Rural and Tribal Assistance Pilot Program Grant application and execute grant agreement.

AN ORDINANCE OF TRANFSERS AND APPROPRIATIONS.

Authorizing transfers and appropriations within various line items of the budget.

ORD. NO. 25-2025

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PARK SEASONAL EMPLOYEE PAY RATES.

Establishing park seasonal employee rates for 2025.

ORD. NO. 26-2025

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY AUDITOR TO SEEK PERMISSION FROM THE STATE AUDITOR TO ESTABLISH FUND.

Authorizing the City Auditor to seek permission to establish fund for receipts generated from school zone traffic cameras.
