Public Notice: Application to Establish a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA)
Notice is hereby given that on June 10, the Cambridge City Council received an application to establish a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Section 4301.82. The Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area Application is on file with the Clerk of Council and is available for viewing Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. at 814 Wheeling Ave, Cambridge, OH 43725. Note that the office is closed for lunch daily from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and on holidays.
On July 6, 2026, Council will meet as a committee of the whole to receive public comments regarding the DORA application and to provide a recommendation regarding approval of the application. This committee meeting will be held at 814 Wheeling Ave, Cambridge, OH 43725 at 5 pm. This meeting is open to the public and interested community members are invited to attend and participate.
